They spent like 80 hours finding the killer, and the first thing Teddie says is “Rhrr! What a jerkwad!” Love that.

You don't have to do anything with Akechi to get the extra content in Royal, nor do you have to do anything with him to get the best ending.

As much as I like some of the characters (especially Elizabeth & Aigis), the plot of P3 is such a random mess with lame villains.

I'm with you on not liking this game as much as the first. This one just felt way more disjointed. Mizuki as a character was SO BORING in this game, which is a crime because she was arguably the best character in the first. Her dynamic with Aiba didn't work as well as the dynamic with Date and Aiba, or Ryuki and Tama for that matter. I found Ryuki's story way more fun and interesting. The characters added in this game were awful as well. I didn't like any of them. And the big "twist"? It wasn't a twist at all; I can't stand it when the twist of a game is just messing with the player's perception of time, instead of actually being a mystery for the characters as well. Another game that does this is 13 Sentinels, and yeah, didn't like that one either.

i suspect you have a skill issue, so I'll check it out for myself as you got a lot of your best witches killed or made unobtainable. though some changes are needed because i don't have infinite zeals so i have to do the maps which gives me extra exp. i'll also add a rule for myself that i can use the paragon skill from another DLC and play on lunatic mode. thanks for the inspiration

I played Berseria, great in all the aspects and struggle of characters felt with purpose 10/10. Will not play Zesteria ever.

i am watching this in 2024, after getting back into this game again. lemme just say that you have great taste. blue lions ftw with golden deer as close second. favorite byleth ship is also dimileth. i do gotta say that felix and sylvain are my favorite ship overall tho. i could write an essay on how their blue lions ending is the best for both of them.

Call it Stockholm syndrome if you want buy I ended up rather enjoying a lot of the characters in this game, they where designed by a Vtuber artist so when you start treating Engage like its "Holo Emblem" then it becomes more enjoyable xd

Persona 2 : Eternal Punishment was my favorite. It felt more like a Horror JRPG than the new games.
